Lake District Bouldering is a comprehensive guide to bouldering in the Lake District National Park, written by Greg Chapman, a pioneer of bouldering in the area. It features nearly 3,000 numbered problems, variations, and linkups across more than 70 venues.

Greg Chapman, who launched the LakesBloc website in 2003 to provide detailed information on bouldering in the Lakes, has compiled this extensive resource into a guidebook for the first time. The guide is divided into five sections: South-East, South-West, North-East, North-West, and South Lakes Limestone. It includes classic venues like the Langdale Boulders, the Bowderstone, Woodwell, and Armathwaite, as well as new areas such as the Harter Gold Boulders and the Stirrup Stones. Nationally significant locations like Carrock Fell, Kentmere, and St Bees Head are also featured.

The guide provides detailed access and approach information, including GPS parking coordinates and crag references, along with conditions and local tips. It contains over 700 color photo topos, action photography, overview maps, and Ordnance Survey references for selected crags. A detailed appendix lists tourist information centers, cafes, pubs, campsites, accommodations, gear shops, climbing walls, and useful websites.
