This sizing advice is based on two pairs of brand new shoes. Leather shoes tend to stretch more than synthetic shoes. When switching from synthetic to leather you may want to select a smaller size.

The La Sportiva Katana has existed for over 20 years, which has led this multi-purpose shoe to strike the perfect balance of sensitivity, precision, and comfort. Downsize it for a tight bouldering fit, or get a comfortable size to stand in them all day on a multi-pitch. This updated model has the P3 System that is found in the iconic Solution shoe to ensure that it keeps it's shape throughout it's whole life. With a full length outsole, this shoe is perfect at standing on edges, and pressing power through your big toe!
